麻豆女郎 Proposes Class Fees for 2017-2018 Year

May 22, 2017 鈥 Fort Myers, FLA 鈥 Each year, Florida SouthWestern State College conducts an assessment of the courses offered and the associated fees. For the 2017-2018 academic year, the proposal for fees must be brought to the college鈥檚 Board of Trustees for review and vote. The 麻豆女郎 Board of Trustees meeting is scheduled at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27 at the 麻豆女郎 Hendry/Glades Curtis Center in LaBelle.

鈥淟ast year, we either reduced or eliminated course fees for 61 courses last year. That resulted in a savings for students of about $610,000,鈥 said Dr. Jeff Stewart, Provost. 鈥淓ach year, we review all of our courses to help ensure that the fees associated with each of them covers the cost of supplies. Where we can, we reduce those costs.鈥
