This summer, give your teen the opportunity to dream big and get Future Ready at Florida SouthWestern State College! Our Future Ready: Teen Camp is a dynamic and hands-on program designed for high school students to explore exciting career pathways, develop real-world skills, and gain confidence for life beyond high school.
What is Future Ready: Teen Camp?
Future Ready is more than just a summer camp—it's a launchpad for your teen’s future. Through engaging workshops, guest speakers, interactive labs, and fun team projects, students will dive into a variety of high-demand careers including:
- Health Sciences
- Business & Entrepreneurship
- Technology & Coding
- Debate & Communications
- SAT Prep & College Applications
- And More!
Students will get insider knowledge, hands-on experience, and guidance from professionals in the field—plus, they’ll walk away with a clearer idea of where their passions lie and build their resume while doing it!

We understand every family has unique summer plans, so we’re offering two flexible scheduling options:
Full-Day Option (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM): Perfect for students who want the full Future Ready experience! Includes a lunch break and access to all tracks and afternoon career labs.
Half-Day Option (9:00 AM – 12:00 and 1:00-4:00 PM): A great fit for those with additional commitments. Students will explore sessions focused on career exploration and foundational skills.

We believe every student should have the chance to be "Future Ready," regardless of financial circumstances. Through the generous support of our community partners, we are offering a limited number of scholarships that can cover partial or full tuition. Our goal is to ensure that every motivated student has a seat at the table.
